1. Operator and contact

This website and the PII Blackout product are operated by SHAO SHUAI, an individual developer. Contact support@piiblackout.com.

2. Information we collect

• Email, name, and profile data if you sign in (Google or email/password)
• Subscription and device identifiers needed to license the desktop app
• IP address and basic request logs for security
• Online-demo files you choose to upload (short retention on object storage)

3. How we use it

• Operate accounts, billing (Creem), and desktop licenses
• Run the optional online demo (upload → Modal → result)
• Respond to support and prevent abuse

4. Desktop processing

The Windows app is designed to redact PDFs on your computer. We do not receive those documents unless you use the separate online demo.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors include Cloudflare (hosting), Creem (payments), Google (optional sign-in), Modal (online demo compute), and email delivery if you reset a password.

You may request access or deletion of your account by emailing support@piiblackout.com.
